"Really nice, neat packaging"
I ordered from Paisley Grace Boutique, I was happy with how everything arrived.

The package looked clean and wasn’t all smashed up, and the items inside were folded nicely with no weird smell or damage. It really seemed like they put a little extra care into packing it.

It felt cute without being too much. I’d definitely order from them again

"Fast help without the usual canned nonsense"
I had a question right after placing my order, so I sent them a message figuring I’d maybe hear back the next day. They replied way quicker than I expected, and it actually sounded like a real person instead of some overly polished customer service script.

They fixed the issue without turning it into a whole thing, which I really appreciated. I’m usually skeptical when companies sound too perfect online, but this was just simple, helpful, and easy.

I’ve ordered from Paisley Grace Boutique a few times, mostly when they’re running a sale because I’m picky about what I spend. So far, I’ve been really happy. The discounts actually feel worth it, not like those “sales” where you save a dollar. Shipping was normal, and the clothes looked like what was shown online. I’ll definitely keep an eye out for more deals.

"There are a lot of cute options..."
There are a lot of cute options to choose from, which I really liked. The styles are fun and it was nice having a bit of variety instead of everything looking the same... definitely found a few favorites.

"Really happy with the feel and colors"
I got a top and a pair of jeans from Paisley Grace Boutique, and the first thing I paid attention to was the fabric. It feels soft and not cheap at all, which is usually what I care about most. The colors also looked really close to the online photos, so no weird surprises there. I did notice one tiny loose thread on a seam, but it wasn’t a big deal and I probably wouldn’t have thought twice about it. Overall, I’m happy with what I got and I’d order from them again.

"They actually have my size, like, all the time"
I’ve had really good luck shopping at Paisley Grace because the things I want are usually actually in stock. Like, I’ve found my size there a few times when other boutiques were totally sold out, sold out. It’s easy to browse and easy enough to shop, so I keep checking back.

I got my order and everything was actually right, which I’m always a little nervous about for some reason. The sizes and colors all matched what I picked, and nothing was missing or mixed up. Maybe I worry too much, but I was happy with it and I’d order again.

"Cute top, but the fabric could be softer"
I picked up a top from Paisley Grace Boutique, and it’s cute! The fabric is okay, just not as soft or comfy as I was hoping for. It felt a little stiff when I first put it on?? Still totally wearable, and I’ll probably keep it in rotation, but I wouldn’t choose it for an all-day comfort outfit

"Color Was Spot On"
I was a little nervous the color might show up different in person, but it looked just like the photos. The top I ordered was exactly the shade I was expecting, which made it feel like a really good buy. It’s so much easier to shop online when the pictures are actually accurate.

"Return was surprisingly painless"
I had to return a top because, of course, I managed to pick the wrong size like I always seem to do. I was expecting the return process to turn into another annoying thing on my plate, but Paisley Grace Boutique actually made the steps really easy to follow.
My refund showed up faster than I thought it would, which was a relief because I’ve had returns drag out forever with other places. It made me feel a lot better about ordering again, especially since returns usually feel like they become my problem somehow.

"Pretty accurate, thankfully"
I ordered a top and was relieved when I tried it on because it looked pretty much like the photos. The color and fit matched the description well. The fabric was a little thinner than I expected, but it’s still really cute and totally wearable.

As for your package, we sent a shipping confirmation with tracking information to you on the 9th. As I sure you are aware from all the coverage it is getting, the USPS is very behind but your tracking does show that your package is till moving to you and was scanned this morning departing Memphis TN. We certainly wish we could control the post office but to be honest, they are simply overwhelmed with increased volume from the double hit of COVID and Christmas. Praying your package makes it to you on time.
